Setting up or improving systems will help your business run more smoothly and efficiently.
Often there is no spare time to research, never mind set up, systems even if the result means that they could save you time. If you are unsure what tools are available to help then I can analyse your current set up, research tools and provide you with a comparison summary.
Once you have chosen a product which suits, I can set it up and on completion provide a handover and “walk through” session.

Website enquiry process
Using an email tool such as “MailerLite” or “MailChimp”, I can set up a contact form on your website and then set up automations so that there are emails sent using various conditions throughout your nurturing process. You know your clients best for how regularly you can be in contact without pestering them.
Online scheduling for clients
“Calendly” is a free online tool which helps you schedule meetings without the back-and-forth emails. You can add it to your website – I use it so that potential clients can book a free 20 minute consultation with me. It also has great resources and support to help you.
Customer Relationship Managers
I can research potential CRM systems that are suitable for your field and your needs. I can also set up new workflows and documentation to automate tasks and correspondence.

I have a dual approach to web design – marrying your branding with the user experience. That way your website projects your brand and your qualities but is also simple and useful for your visitors.
Mindful of financial restrictions on freelancers & small businesses, I endeavor to keep the costs low and therefore offer simple designs and structures. This also means that they are easy for you to maintain and update.
In addition there are many layout templates available to buy, or even for free, so if you have one in mind I can customize and style it at a reduced cost.

So many people are needing to move at least some of their business online. Also many freelancers are needing to pivot to new ventures as they find their previous work drying up during the pandemic. An online shop doesn’t have to be a big project – just a couple of items and a paypal account and you’re good to start selling.

One of the benefits of working with a virtual assistant is that by not having to do the routine business tasks you are freed up to focus on the tasks which actually earns you money. Financial tasks can be particularly burdensome and time consuming, which is where I can help.
Tasks I can look after include dealing with your expenses, reconciling your bank account, booking invoices and even chasing late payments. The last one can be especially useful as it means you can be at arms length meaning that you can keep your relationship with your client.
I can do this remotely by using cloud based bookkeeping software.

Invoicing & payments
Set up either online finance systems such as “Wave” or set up an excel system tailored to your needs to help you keep track of contracts being sent & signed and invoices being sent and paid.
I can monitor and chase unpaid invoices which means you can maintain your relationship with the client.
If you need to keep track of certain expenditure or income from a particular source I can create an excel spreadsheet to do this for you. I can help make your data work for you.
